The shift from 'what can we automate' to 'what should remain human' hits harder than most framing aroud AI adoption. That quiet meeting room pause you described where nobody knows data provenance is painfully familiar. Seen it play out in product reviews where everyone nodded at dashboards that turned out to be measuring teh wrong thing entirely. The plantain frying bit at the end was a nice grounding touch, brings it back to intentionality over spectacle.
